Health Insurance

I am proud to be a recognised provider for the following private health insurance companies

Blue And White Modern Grow Your Business With Us Leaderboard Ad.png

I’m a recognised provider with Aviva, Axa, Bupa, WPA and Vitality, which means some clients are able to access counselling/Psychotherapy or EMDR therapy through their health insurance policy.

If you have health insurance, your sessions may be partially or fully covered, depending on your individual policy and authorisation.

How it works

  1. Contact your insurer first to check what is included in your cover

  2. Request an authorisation or membership number

  3. Get in touch with me to arrange your sessions

I’ll take care of the rest and can guide you through the process if you’re unsure.

A quick note

Insurance policies vary, and clients are responsible for checking:

  • Number of sessions approved

  • Any excess or shortfall payments

  • Policy limits or renewal dates

If you’re self-funding or combining insured and private sessions, I’m happy to discuss flexible options.

If you’d like to check whether your insurance can be used, feel free to get in touch and ask.

Organisation charges - rationale

You may wonder why organisations are charged more per session than individuals? The rationale lies in several key factors.

First, managing corporate accounts often incurs higher administrative costs due to the need for additional paperwork invoicing, and coordination.

Additionally, organisations typically request customised services or extra resources, which adds complexity and time to each session.

Lastly, accommodating specific payment terms for organisations can create further administrative requests, justifying the higher administrative fee.
